Dan T. Hall – Writer/Producer/Director/Editor

Dan Hall’s many skills include producing, directing, writing, cinematography, and editing. TV credits include ESPN Sports Century, American Sportsman, the Montel Williams Show, Paramount Pictures and PBS.

Dan wrote, produced, directed, and edited the 35mm feature “587: The Great Train Robbery,” (2000), which garnered awards such as an Outstanding Achievement Award at the Yellowstone Film Festival and a Gold Medal at the New York Film Festival. The film was also screened at the Palm Springs International Film Festival in California and the Cincinnati International Film Festival. Currently in distribution through Mainline Releasing

In 2003, Dan directed and co edited the VH1 special “Eight Days Left with Queen Latifa. Directing segments with Catherine Zeta Jones, Sharon Stone and acquiring footage of historic sites throughout Los Angeles.

His second film, “River Rats and the Adventure of the Lost treasure” (2004) screened at the Indianapolis International Film Festival. It has been marketed throughout Europe and aired for 06 season on Showtime Cable Network. “EZ Money” (2006) a family adventure film, distributed by Bedford Entertainment/ MTI and Marvista, is currently available at Blockbuster and Hollywood Video.

In October 2006, Dan departed from the family adventure film genre and sold out the IMAX Big Screen several times over with his documentary, “Central State: Asylum for the Insane.” The documentary has since been featured on Coast-to-Coast AM with Ian Punnett. In 2007 Dan premiered “Ghost Stories: Walking with the Dead” and was number #1 at the IMAX with a second feature.

Currently he is in development on several projects including a psychological thriller based in research from his experience with the paranormal.
